UK public-sector contracts must weight social value at a minimum of 10%. Partnering with a community interest company is a concrete, evidenced way to win on it — and we hand you the proof points.
Community gardens are good for almost everything at once — mental health, social connection, education, food, biodiversity and local pride. They're built by the people we train, and kept by the community.

For eligible people referred through the Jobcentre, the training is funded through the Sector-based Work Academy Programme — the government covers training, and even travel and childcare while you're on the scheme. Ask your work coach about passmyticket, or get in touch and we'll help.
